Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions 1. Reservations and Deposit A $30 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total service cost. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellation Appointments may not be rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will permit the deposit to be transferred to a new appointment within 30 days. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 3. No-Show Policy In the event that you fail to attend your appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, your $30 deposit shall be forfeited. 4. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your appointment. However, significant delays may result in the appointment being rescheduled or canceled, with no refund of the deposit. 5. Liability Waiver Procedures may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions. By agreeing to receive the service, the client acknowledges and assumes these risks and releases the provider from any liability for adverse reactions or complications, provided that all safety protocols have been observed. 6. Informed Consent By proceeding with payment and confirming the appointment, the client affirms that they have been duly informed of the risks associated with the treatment and hereby provide their informed consent to proceed.
